Hirezy is a comprehensive multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for workforce management, enabling staffing agencies and businesses to manage multiple clients, shift scheduling, timesheets, and compliance — all with complete data isolation and GDPR compliance. It currently serves 50+ agencies managing 10,000+ workers across the UK.
Manual processes were time-consuming and error-prone, unable to scale with a growing client base. Agencies struggled with managing complex shift patterns across multiple locations, ensuring GDPR compliance for worker data, integrating with payroll systems, and providing real-time visibility across deployments — all while keeping the interface accessible for non-technical staff.
We built a multi-tenant SaaS with sophisticated tenant isolation, a drag-and-drop shift scheduling engine, automated timesheet collection with GPS verification, compliance management with document expiry alerts, a real-time deployment dashboard, role-based access control, and automated SMS/email notifications. Payroll and accounting integrations handle the downstream workflow automatically.
