Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
All project deliverables remain the property of MOOPS until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
MOOPS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including business interruption, data loss, or profit loss.
Termination
