Privacy policy
How Moops Design collects, uses and protects personal data from moops.in, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This policy explains what personal data Moops Design ("we") collects through moops.in, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), the kind of project, your city, budget band and any message you write.
- How you found us: the first page you landed on, the website that sent you (if any) and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). This tells us which pages and campaigns work.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used to keep the site secure and to stop spam and abuse. Our server keeps standard logs.
- Cookies: a session cookie and a security token so forms work safely. Your browser also remembers your light or dark theme choice on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Analytics: if we measure visits, we use a cookie-free, privacy-friendly tool that does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver and support your project, keep the site secure and understand which pages help people. We rely on your consent when you send the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with services that help us run the site, and only as much as they need: our web host, our email provider (to deliver enquiry notifications), and Cloudflare Turnstile if spam protection is switched on. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Write to info@moops.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
