Manual payroll processes were error-prone and unable to keep pace with changing tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. The client needed automated payroll calculations, multi-currency payments, leave management, and performance appraisal capabilities while maintaining strict compliance with UK employment law (IR35, minimum wage, pension contributions) and processing thousands of weekly payroll entries accurately.
We built a comprehensive payroll engine handling variable rates, overtime, holiday accrual, statutory sick pay, and pension contributions — with automated RTI submissions to HMRC. HR capabilities include employee onboarding, document management, absence tracking, and performance reviews. Country-specific tax modules receive automatic regulatory updates. Bank-grade security with encryption, audit logging, and role-based access control throughout.
