Terms of service

The terms that apply to projects with Moops Design: quotes, milestones, payments, ownership, support and changes.

These terms apply to projects you agree with Moops Design ("we"). Your written quote or proposal comes first: if it says something different, the quote wins.

Quotes and prices

  • Prices on this website are starting prices. Your exact price is in a written quote with the scope and milestones before any work starts.
  • The quoted price doesn't change unless you ask for a change in scope.

Payments

  • You pay per milestone by UPI, NEFT/RTGS or card, as set out in your quote.
  • Each milestone is invoiced. Work on the next milestone starts when the previous one is paid.

Your part

  • You give us the content, photos, logins and approvals we need, on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any content you send us.

Ownership

  • The domain, hosting and accounts are set up in your name.
  • Full rights to the code and design transfer to you as each milestone is paid.
  • We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

After launch

  • We fix bugs in what we built free for 30 days after launch.
  • After that, the optional care plan is ₹5,000 a year for websites (updates, backups and monitoring). Software maintenance is 15% of the build price a year.
  • New features and changes are quoted upfront and billed at ₹750 an hour.

Third-party costs

Domain, hosting, email, payment gateway fees and paid plugins or services are billed by those providers, at cost, in your name.

Liability

We build carefully and test before launch, but we can't guarantee that any website or software will be free of every error, or be responsible for third-party services. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Disputes

We'll always try to sort things out by talking first. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
